    Our family of 6 had the most amazing time on our recent vacation. Avalon 01 was beautifully updated, impeccably well maintained, unbelievably clean, and spacious enough for our whole family. The staff were so friendly from the office, the cleaning crew, the grounds crew, and anyone else we saw during our stay. We would definitely go back and stay at The Avalon!

    Check-in process is excellent and a lot of care goes into making sure our needs were met.

    Unit #1 was clean and well stocked for our stay.

    Several of us got our feet poked on the beach by debris from the trees. Having the area between the ropes and the ocean also swept clear of debris would have helped and possibly prevented these nasty cuts.

    Great location! Practically had the beach to ourselves. The condo was immaculate. All the staff were super friendly. Really did not need our rental car location was perfect.

    We loved our stay at Avalon #1. From the easy check in (she even kept our luggage while we shopped until our condo was ready) to the beautiful grounds and beach. The condo was very well equipped with everything you could need. Housekeeping kept us well supplied as well. Loved everything about it and look forward to returning.

    Villa 1 was as advertised and more - contemporary furnishings, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen, lovely screen patio and an incredible quiet location. Snorkeling directly in front was amazing. The management is very professional. The first day of our vacation lots of seaweed washed up on shore (this is an unusual occurrence - due to heavy winds) The next day it was removed. None of the adjoining properties were as responsive to their cleanup. Wonderful combination of sun and shade on the beach. It truly is a very special "home away from home". Can't wait to return.

    Last week was our third trip to The Avalon and sixth trip to Grand Cayman. Every stay at The Avalon has been a wonderful experience and last week was the best. The unit we stayed in was modern, comfortable, clean, fully functional, ideally situated on Seven Mile Beach, and the rooms were wonderful. The daily housekeeping was terrific, the managerial staff were a delight, and the grounds/beach were incredibly well maintained. The indoor parking was great, the workout facility was perfect, the outdoor barbecues were clean & fully functional, and the private beach was incredible. We rented three units for eight days and had our four children plus seven grandchildren. With out any hesitation I would recommend this facility for both family and adult holidays. (We loved the Stingray City Tour, The Calypso Grill restaurant, the Botanical Gardens, and the Falls Steakhouse.)

    Stayed here with my family- young children and my older parents. It was on a quiet section of the beach with lots of shade and trees it was amazing. Everyone working there was kind and accommodating and the place was immaculately maintained. Cant say enough goof things about it!

    We have stayed at this property a number of times and have always found it to be clean, comfortable and welcoming as well as close to everything you need. Hurleys supermarket Will take your order prior to your arrival and have it in your unit waiting for you. The office staff is the best and more than willing to help out in anyway they can. Don’t forget to go to the turtle farm, swimming with the stingrays, and eating out at Bacaro Restaurant. Can’t wait to go again!
