  This was our third trip to Avalon and our second stay in this unit. Everything was as expected. Great!! We love staying at Avalon!! Our daughter’s and their families came with us as we were there for a granddaughter’s 16th birthday. We had two condos. The beach is perfect.

  Cayman and the Avalon was wonderful as usual. We have been reserving Unit 4 since it was first remodeled. The only negative comment I have is the rugs in the back king bedroom need to be cleaned. The rug in the family room also needs to be cleaned. It is a beautiful condo and we always want to stay in it.

  The nicest development on Seven Mile Beach that has rentals. I’ve owned condos for 28 years on Cayman but the Avalon has the best beach and the classic three story design I’d Cayman days of the past. The three bedrooms were all well appointed and roomy. The garages are rare but essential for hottest months. I’d highly recommend for any family vacation.

  The Avalon never disappoints! The units are beautiful and very clean. The location is absolutely perfect. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub and just beyond is the beach. Far enough down seven mile beach to be away from the crowds yet walking distance to restaurants. We’ve been coming for years and will continue!
