Avalon #05

Unit #5 is a ground floor, center unit located in the center block. It has direct pool & beach access and perfect beach view from the large screened porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size or twin beds). Master bathroom has shower and Jacuzzi and the other bathrooms have bathtubs. TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, and free high speed wireless internet.

  Everything was great! We stayed in The Avalon Unit #5 and it was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. It included 3 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, along with a large kitchen, living room and screened in patio. The beach views and access were excellent. It was only a few steps from our back door to the pool and only a few steps further to the beach. The beach was quiet, with chairs and umbrellas spaced far apart. In the past we've stayed at some very nice hotels on Grand Cayman, but the beach at The Avalon was much nicer and more private. The management team and their staff were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend The Avalon Condominiums for anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation, with spacious and beautiful accommodations.

  Well over a dozen visits to Grand Cayman Island and we are never disappointed. The weather, the water, the people, the resturants and even food shopping is so friendly and easy it keeps us coming back year after year. The beautiful Avalon Condo complex right on Seven Mile Beach is home away from home for our entire family. The units are all large and well maintained making family vacations a pleasure. All units have been well equiped and maintained beautifully. The staff is excellent and eager to assist with any requests. The property is quiet but located near several resturants and shopping centers within easy walking distance. We just love it!

  Sharon and Taj are always a pleasure to work with to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to the groundskeeper who found a pool noodle for my friend to use in the ocean. It was kind of him to search for one that was left behind from another guest. The condo was nicely updated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The cleaning crew was always respectful of our time and worked around our schedule for accessing the property.
  
  The only improvement that would be SO NICE is if the groundskeepers would cleanup the tree debris outside of the ropes between the property and the ocean. The needles dropped from the trees really POKE bare feet.

  Condo kept very clean when Vinette started cleaning.
  She's very good and hope to see her again.
  The coffee maker is old and portable small oven on counter.
  It's nice to have cleaning agent like Affresh to deep clean washing machine.
  Keeping doors ajar prevents rust when not in use.

  You know how much we love the Avalon otherwise we wouldn’t be returning for 25 years ! Two suggestions for improvement. 1 the dryer needs replacing and 2) the furniture is getting a little shabby. Been a while since it was replaced.
