Unit #5 is a ground floor, center unit located in the center block. It has direct pool & beach access and perfect beach view from the large screened porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size or twin beds). Master bathroom has shower and Jacuzzi and the other bathrooms have bathtubs. TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, and free high speed wireless internet.

    From beginning to end everyone at The Avalon was super helpful, nice and gracious! From the reservationist, to the manager to the maid staff we were welcomed warmly. It was our third visit to The Avalon and will be beck!

    2 couples, in a lovely 3 bedroom condo, nice porch, step out to the pool and then 10 steps to the beach.

    You know how much we love the Avalon otherwise we wouldn’t be returning for 25 years ! Two suggestions for improvement. 1 the dryer needs replacing and 2) the furniture is getting a little shabby. Been a while since it was replaced.
