Unit #6 is a ground floor, end unit located in the middle block. It has beach access and a perfect beach view with screened porch with seating. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a kind size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size or twin beds). Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower and bedroom 3 has a bathtub both with single vanities. TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, with Stereo in the main living area and free high speed wireless internet.

    I loved staying here at the Avalon. The condo was perfect, and steps away from the white sand, and beautiful beach. Inside the condo was nice and clean, and amenities were great. Also, very nice to have tennis court and fitness workout room. I can’t wait to come back!

    We recently returned to Grand Cayman for a family vacation. We have been to Grand Cayman numerous times, but this was our first stay at Avalon condos. They have the best location on Seven Mile., with close proximity to restaurants, Caymana Bay. We travelled with 4 small children, and found the Avalon to be a great family friendly rental experience. The condo was spotless, and just steps to the perfect beach. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, but we spent most of our time on the beach. There were always enough umbrellas and loungers with unobstructed views of the water. The beach is shallow and the kids were able to swim and wade easily.
    The condo had a great layout for our family of 6. The properly was cleaned daily and extremely well maintained. Staff were lovely. We will definitely be back.

    The Avalon Condominiums (and this specific unit) are well-maintained, well managed and perfectly situated. We could walk right out to the pool, the hot tub and beach from our back porch. Pickle ball in the mornings was fun, and we could walk to the Westin for an afternoon drink. The water on the beach is calm and warm and the Australian pines provide a perfect natural shade for reading a book. The kitchen in our condo had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch and the occasional dinner. A perfect family vacation.

    We have stayed at the Avalon numerous times. We have previously stayed in Unit 25 on the third floor. Beautiful unit with spectacular view. This year we stayed in Unit 6 because we brought grandchildren. This unit is on first floor with easier access with children. Both units appointed nicely and clean. Staff always friendly, helpful and professional. We have nothing but positive things to say about the Avalon and highly recommend staying there. We cannot wait to return next year!
