    Please add more square umbrellas. I do not like that I have to get to the beach early to get a bigger umbrella

    We’ve been coming here for nearly 30 years and decided to bring the extended families this time. Rented out 2 units 8 days and it could not have been better. The Avalon is such a special place for us and to sit on that stretch of beach and look out, is so peaceful and stress free. Walked & easy stroll to the Westin for lunch and adult beverages on the beach. We”ll def be back again. Kudos to management and owners for keeping this place paradise.

    Everything was great from the start. The reservation process was seamless and the staff were all very knowledgeable and nice! A plus for the housekeeping staff. The unit was clean and comes with beautiful views and furniture. Top notch all the way and the view is just as it is in the pictures—great!

    We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Avalon Condos #9 for the 31st Flowers Sea Swim last week. The condo was just gorgeous, super clean, amazingly well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, coffee makers, etc). The location could not be beaten!! You may laugh, but one of the very best things was the personal small hose on the patio walk with allowed feet cleaning that was simple and handy. Check in was a breeze and the office staff was very courteous and helpful. Taxis were readily available so we had no need for a car. If you do get a car, there is also a garage provided. We used the outdoors grill several times but it was too hot to pick up a Pickleball game, even though the courts were available. I am a VERY satisfied guest of Avalon Condos!

We find the property to be perfectly situated on 7 mile beach and is beautifully maintained with the friendliest staff in all of the Cayman Islands.     We have been going to Grand Cayman Island for over 20 years because of weather and short flight to New York. The island is beautiful, friendly and has everything a family would need to enjoy themselves. The Avalon has been our favorite property for past 10 years. The 3 bedroom units allow flexibility and all are beautifully furnished and equipped. I have plenty of room to cook family meals or bring food in when not all want to go to one of the many restaurants. Location gives different members many options. We have booked next year already

    I had a wonderful week in our usual Apartment # 9. I stayed with my daughter and one granddaughter. The other granddaughter could not come.
    My son stayed in Apartment #1 with his wife, two daughters and Nanny.
    Both families love one another and everyone bonded and did water sorts, paddleboarding, snorkelling and swimming. We had communal lunches and a lot of fun was had by all. I had the best time.
    Both families have booked again for next year.
