Unit #11 is a second floor, center unit located in the middle block. It has as a perfect beach view with a full screened porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size or twin beds). Master bathroom has shower and Jacuzzi and the other bathrooms have bathtubs. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, with IPOD docking station in the main living area and free high speed wireless internet.

    Our return stay was even better than the last time, didn't think that was possible. The staff here make you feel welcome and at home. The condo we stayed in was immaculate, beautifully furnished and what a view, wow. No shortage of chaise lounges, no hassle getting a spot in the shade or the sun. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. We will be back.

    Our family had a wonderful 4-day weekend getaway at the Avalon Condominiums. Everything was very convenient as the condos are located directly on the beach and offer garage parking. Our condo was extremely well maintained and cleaned daily by a cleaning service. The staff was incredibly friendly.

    We had a great time walking from pool to beach in a matter of seconds, and the many resorts on 7-mile beach offer rentals such as paddle boards, jet skis, etc. Best of all, there are small reefs just off the shore where we saw many different species of fish, sea turtles, and sting rays.

    We will definitely be returning to the Avalon Condominiums!

    Our experience could not have been any more perfect. The condo was great! Well kept with up to date amenities. Our favorite part about the condo itself was the back patio that faces the beach and ocean. Screened in porch you can enjoy breakfast with gorgeous views of the crystal clear water. Perfect location away from the crowds. Management of the property was great and very nice. Housekeeper was sweet lady that took care of us daily. It was a perfect vacation, couldn’t be happier.
