Avalon #12

Unit #12 is a second floor end Villa with great views of the property and the beach. In the fall of 2015, the unit underwent major renovations and upgrades. The entire Villa received beautiful new floors and all three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms that were upgraded as well. The layout of the Villa includes a master bedroom with king bed and two other bedrooms; one with a king bed and the second with twin beds that can be configured as a king. Have your meals on the screened porch enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the best beach in Grand Cayman. The Villa comes with LCD TV's and DVD players in the Living Room and all bedrooms. High speed wireless internet is provided free of charge in the Villa, at the pool or on the beach. Come enjoy paradise!!

  Have stayed here now for close to 25 years and it’s always the same amazing spot. Staff is excellent and condos are clean and well maintained. The beach is awesome, albeit a new mid rise is being constructed and nearing completion immediately next door. There was little or no impact to our experience and we’ll be staying here again in the near future.
