Newly renovated in 2021, Villa 18 is a second floor center unit located on the north block with prized unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. Tastefully decorated with grass-cloth walls and timeless Caribbean-style furniture, art and accessories. Enjoy the view from the outdoor terrace’s comfortable full sofa and swivel chairs, shaded by see-through roller blinds and breeze of three remote-controlled ceiling fans. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and king-sized beds (third bedroom convertible between a king or two twin XL beds). There are 55-65 inch 4K Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room

    We loved our stay at Avalon. It's quiet and private, which we loved. If you want to take a stroll down the beach for drinks or food, you're close enough to get to a busier resort. However, it's wonderful to walk out and always have a beach chair near the water and feel like you're the only one in the ocean. The property managers are warm, helpful & friendly. They made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. It's a very special place and one we will always return to when visiting the Caymans.
