Unit 21 is a third floor center unit located on the south block with three bedrooms and three baths. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and desk facility. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a King. This luxury Condo unit also features a 65 inch Smart TV with Blu-Ray player in the living room as well as LCD TV’s and DVD players in all bedrooms. For your convenience a BOSE iPod docking station, a Keurig coffee machine and your own wine cooler are supplied.

    Cleaned daily (or as flexibly as you want) this rental was comfortable from furniture to bedding to kitchen implements for dining in. The owners thought of everything while not over-doing or -decorating so that you don’t feel like you have to step carefully around ‘objects’.

    The ladies who clean are flexible and efficient so the rental looks like you just got there everytime they finish.

    The view speaks for itself, but the private beach with sun and shade made the outside so much more enjoyable because my husband has very sensitive and burnable skin! It’s a bonus to have the beach pines for a break in the sun.

    Management and security are visible and onsite daily and easy to connect with either personally, by phone or otherwise.

    As we have for many years, we rented a condo at the Avalon in 2025. This year we came in late January and avoided holidays and school vacation and enjoyed an especially quite time in paradise. Manager, front desk staff and the woman who cleaned our unit are all friendly and vey efficient. I highly recommend the Avalon.

    Love staying at the Avalon - have stayed multiple times over the years. Love the location. It’s a smaller condo - think they have 27 units and about 1/2 are rentals, so it’s usually very quiet. The private beach is well kept and monitored most of the day. We always had plenty of beach chairs and cabanas. The condos have well equipped kitchens. We enjoyed having housekeeping services daily. Booked next year’s vacation already!

    I’m not sure you could find a better location or better rental in GC. The condo was perfect. The facility was clean and the view in the beach were unparalleled special.
