UNIT #28 is a third floor, end unit, with panoramic front and side views over the beach and bay. There is a screened porch off of the living room with a 6 seat dining table and an open porch off of the master bedroom with two lounge chairs. Private & tranquil, yet easy access to Avalon facilities. Master bedroom has a king size bed plus sitting area, the second bedroom has a king size bed plus sitting area and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds plus office & desk facilities. There are 4 LCD TVs, DVD players and an IPOD docking station.

    The views are stunning from this unit with updated bathrooms and comfortable balcony furniture. Excellent beach amenities, pool and spa. The staff at the Avalon is outstanding. We love this place.
